FRONT DESK AGENT

Front Desk Agents are responsible for ensuring every guest experiences a clean, efficient, and dependable stay. As the first and last point of contact on property, this role requires reliability, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining consistent operational standards.

HOUSEKEEPING

Open Positions

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas to established property standards. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and consistent reliability. Cleanliness is our top priority. This role is essential to the success of the property.

GENERAL MANAGER

Open Position

The General Manager of Hotel Francis is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operation of the property. This role oversees front desk, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, guest experience, financial performance, and vendor relationships. As an independent hotel under new ownership, we are looking for a hands-on leader who sets clear standards, leads by example, and takes full ownership of operations. The ideal candidate is organized, financially disciplined, responsive to guest needs, and committed to maintaining a clean, well-run property that reflects pride and consistency in every detail.
